What started out as a ballet career at the age of 17 developed into a passion for costume design and acting and a marriage to the most sought-after man in Hollywood, turned to a couture career in New York, a public divorce, a second marriage abroad and a love for egyptology and the publication of numerous well-known works on the hieroglyphs.
